- You need 10-15 of Pepperoni slices.

- It’s 1/2 cup of Pizza sauce.
- It’s 1 Tbsp of Green Olives.
- You need 2 Tbsp of Mushroom slices.
- You need 1 Tbsp of Bellpepper julians.
- Prepare 1 of Tomato in slices.

Calzones step by step
- I have kept half of the pizza dough in ziplock inside fridge.take out dough from fridge & keep outside for 10 min..
- Dust the rolling surface & rolling pin with slight flour.roll out the dough in circle or square as u like.cut the rolled dough in half. And then in further half if you like. I kept one big half for big calzone & divide other half in 2 portions for mini calzone..
- Collect filling.I used tin button whole mushroom & slice them. You can use filling of your choice as well.cut tomato in slices & bellpepper in julians..
- Spread some pizza sauce over calzone piece.place filling over it. Do not over stuff.dot with cheese.
- Carefully lift one side of calzone dough& fold it over,sealing open sides together by pressing with hands.press fork marks at sides to finish cealing nicely.
- Keep calzones on greased baking tray.brush eggwash over thoroughly keep in preheated oven at 180°c for 25 min..
- Check after 20 or 25 min.the calzone must be turning golden now. Brush some more egg wash at top & sprinkle some cheese over. Give top heat for 2-3 min just to colur top & melt cheese..
- Serve hot yummy cheesy calzones at Iftar & praise to AllahSWT.it can be freezed after assembling.no need to defrost before baking..
